The Importance of Good Bacteria in the Gut
Good bacteria are absolutely critical to human life and health. Many of these bacteria live directly in the mucosal membranes within the respiratory, digestive and genital regions. These symbiotic bacteria have a few key functions; to help metabolize food particles and aid in the digestive processes, to eliminate certain waste particles, to help stabilize and protect the intestinal cell wall, to build a healthy immune response and to produce many enzymes and vitamins, to work as natural antibiotics and also has natural anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling effect. Complex community of microorganisms in your gut is called the gut flora, symbioflora, or gut microbiome.
Consuming Meta Synbiotic Plus on a daily basis not only improves the digestive health but also strengthens the immune system to offer resistance against the entry of harmful foreign materials into the body.

Some highlights about Meta Synbiotic Plus Prebiotics
More accurately, you are what you feed the trillions of little critters that live in your gut.
The lining of your gut, like every surface of your body, is covered in microscopic creatures, mostly bacteria. These organisms create a micro-ecosystem called the microbiome. Eventhough we do not really notice it is there, it plays an oversized role in your health and can even affect your mood and behaviour. Not surprisingly, what you feed your microbiome may have the biggest impact on its health. And the healthier it is, the healthier you are. The key to a healthy microbiome is nourishing a balance among the nearly 1,000 different species of trillions bacterial in your gut.
There are two ways to maintain this balance; helping the microbes that are already there to grow by giving them the foods they like – as our advanced innovative epic bioactive ingredients, and by adding living microbes directly to your system – like our epic Meta Synbiotic Plus with unique Embo-Capsules (Probiotic and Prebiotics + Digestive-Ezymes).
Our organic Prebiotics are specialized plant fibers. They act like fertilizers that stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria in the gut. Prebiotics are found in many fruits and vegetables, especially those that contain complex carbohydrates, such as fiber and resistant starch. These carbs are not digestible by your body, so they pass through the digestive system to become food to the good bacterial ”Symbioflora”. We use in our Embo-Capsules organic blue agave heart (90% inulin) and organic Jerusalem artichoke root as organic Prebiotics complex to our epic 60 billion CFU of 10 different strains.
Some highlights about Meta Synbiotic Plus Digestive-Ezymes
Our gastrointestinal system includes a number of organs that work together to digest food, absorb nutrients, and remove waste and toxins from the body. As you age, the digestive tract is not as efficient as before and you begin producing fewer and fewer digestive enzymes. This decrease in enzymes can cause your digestive tract to become alkaline, which makes it difficult to completely break down the carbohydrates, fats, and proteins that you consume. When your digestive system is not functioning properly, you may experience nutritional deficiencies which affects your whole body.
Some common symptoms include:
Anxiety, skin rashes, decreased immunity, weakness and fatigue, food intolerances, diarrhea or upset stomach, constipation, bloating, excess gas, abdominal pain, stools can be foul smelling, unexplained weight issues even if you are eating a healthy diet and ample calories. Digestive enzymes aid in the digestive process by helping the body to break down food and enhance nutrient absorption through the lining of the intestines and into the bloodstream. The body naturally produces several types of enzymes to support digestion. With an adequate amount of digestive enzymes, your digestive system does not need to work as hard to transform the foods you eat into usable molecules for energy and nutrition.
There are various types of digestive enzymes that help digest different types of foods.
Our unique ultra-digestive enzymes complex formula contains:
Glucoamylase limits gluten and other particles in wheat or rice, from causing adverse reactions. Research has also shown the favourable relationship between amylase and glucoamylase. This powerful digestive enzyme is a great support for vegetarian people.

– Lactobacillus Plantarum has been applied in medical fields for the treatment of various chronic and cardiovascular diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, diabetes, obesity, cancer, hypertension, urinogenital complications, liver disorders. It has also anti-inflammatory properties, which can help with autoimmune diseases. By reducing brain inflammation, it can also help with regulating mood and improve depression. It has also been discovered that children with neurobehavioral disorders such as autism and ADHD benefit from Lactobacillus Plantarum. The best part of this bacteria is that it produces its own antibiotics (including lactolin) that intelligently target bad bacteria. This probiotic also produces lysine, an essential amino acid. Lactobacillus plantarum is a natural habitat in your body. It survives stomach acid with ease and can make the full trip from being a supplement – to mouth – to intestines – to colon – to feces. The best temperature for Lactobacillus Plantarum to grow is very close to body temperature. So, it is truly tailor-made for your body.
Lactobacillus Plantarum is a helpful probiotic supporter that fiercely attacks pathogenic bad bacteria in our bodies. By killing the bad guys, it helps our own native bacteria grow stronger and helps us be more resistant to future invasions of pathogens.

Bifidobacterium Longum boasts an impressive list of benefits to the human body. It can help reduce gastrointestinal discomfort caused by stress. It may also attenuate anxiety and possible reduce the risk for colon cancer. Bifidobacterium Longum has been found to reduce the body’s production of certain chemicals that increase inflammation and oxidative stress. Oxidative stress may be adaptive in the
short term to produce extra enzymes that fight infection, but prolonged excessive oxidative stress leads to death of cells, autoimmune disorders, neurologic deterioration, and chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and chronic pain. it appears to stimulate local intestinal nerves, sending signals to the brain that relieves anxiety. By oral intake of this great probiotic B. Longum you will prevent yourself from many harmful substances that can cause discomfort in the body’s digestive system.

Lactobacillus Salivarius is a probiotic strain that provides a number of benefits to your body, such as lowering cholesterol, relieving asthma, and reducing tissue inflammation. It is found throughout the body but it is particularly concentrated in the saliva. Consequently, one area in which it differs from other beneficial probiotics is in the great benefit that it provides to dental health. This probiotic strain dramatically decreases the level of plaque forming bacteria in the mouth while naturally freshening breath and reducing gum sensitivity, supplementation with both L. salivarius and fructooligosaccharide (FOS, a type of prebiotic that acts as food for the probiotic bacteria), it showed a significantly reduced total cholesterol, bad cholesterol (LDL), and showed an increase in good cholesterol (HDL).

Bifidobacterium Lactis is found in our gut or in the large intestine. The primary function of Bifidobacterium Lactis is to break down our body waste and help in the absorption of various minerals and vitamins during the digestive process. B. lactis improves our overall digestive health and effectively treats IBS symptoms. One of the major benefits of this probiotic is decreasing a leaky gut by lowering the permeability of the gut wall and stopping foreign harmful substances from passing into the body. By modulating the permeability of the gut wall, Bifidobacterium Lactis controls the entry of substances into the body through the digestive system, lowering the risk of autoimmune diseases such as NEC. One of its many subtle benefits is to lower the inflammatory effect of gluten on the intestinal lining of the smaller intestine. Bifidobacterium Lactis has also been observed to prevent Celiac disease and helps in lactose digestion in lactose intolerant individuals.

Bifidobacterium Bifidum helps to restore the health of the gut in those with gastrointestinal disorders. Those suffering from acid-related dyspepsia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation found significant improvement to their symptoms after regular consumption. It also contributed to an improvement in
their psychological health, with many persons reporting that they felt less angry and hostile. It alleviated symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease, helping to reduce the thickening of intestinal walls. At the same time, B. bifidum helped to control the infiltration of inflammatory cells. Another benefit of B.bifidum’s regulatory function is that it can help to reduce allergy symptoms, like itchy skin, sinus congestion, headaches, cramps, or even diarrhea. It does this by discouraging the production of histamine, a chemical that is released in the body to trigger allergic reactions during times of stress or allergy and balancing the body’s immune system functions.
